Alluding to the history of Lovina, certainly can not be separated with the figure of Anak Agung Panji Tisna. Panji Tisna’s name is often written by Pandji Tisna. Around the 1950s, Anak Agung Panji Tisna, had traveled to several countries in Europe and Asia. What interests him most is the life of people in India. He stayed for a few weeks in Bombay. The way of life and the condition of the people there, instantly influences his way of thinking and his insight forward for Bali, especially the development of community welfare in Buleleng Regency. Meanwhile, Panji Tisna also saw a beautifully laid out place for people on vacation at the beach. The land has in common with his property in Tukad Cebol Beach, Buleleng which is also located between two streams. Inspiration Panji Tisna
